The marquee in front of Bark ‘n Purr Pet Center:

DO CRACK
LAY ON YOUR BACK
IN JAIL

Strange, huh? But even more strange because I saw another anti-crack message on a Mexican restaurant’s marquee yesterday. Is there something I’m missing here? Is there suddenly a crack epidemic in Austin? And do they spend what little money they have after buying crack, on their pets and Mexican food? Or am I now so old that I’m missing the joke?
